Ideal private lessons a junior tennis player must take in a week

When a young player shows an interest in competing, which can happen as early as age seven or eight, some one-on-one time with a coach might be beneficial. For starters, the coach can examine the player’s physical, mental, and emotional capabilities without being distracted by other players on the field, which is the reason Private tennis lessons become essential for youngsters. Also, for the player to get assistance with certain technical areas of the game that would otherwise be impossible for the coach to focus on in a group situation.

Your financial condition may influence how much time you spend with a coach. There is a risk of physical damage and mental exhaustion in every significant sports training attempt. It is up to the athlete, coach, and parent to figure out what the best blend of individual and group training should be. A lesson per week or two should suffice for someone striving to be a good high school player. To achieve more, you must devote more time and effort, as well as, in many circumstances, financial resources.

Your weakness decides the number of private lessons

Every player has a weakness whether it is a champion or an adult and the only difference is that champions have very few weaknesses while amateurs have many. When you are a youngster, you are not aware of the strokes, the movements and other playing styles which is why you are trained under a coach who finds weaknesses in your game and spends days and nights working on them to get them better. You can take fewer private lessons if your strokes have minor weaknesses but if you have bigger problems and weaknesses like doing serves, you are required more private lessons so that the private coaches could work intensely on your particular stroke. By practising and working on a particular stroke, it gets better and better with every match you play.

8-10 sets a week is ideal for players in learning phase

Although every phase is a learning phase in the life of a sports person because he learns every day in every match at every point, the actual learning phase is when you are a beginner or a junior. Usually 8-10 sets a week in private tennis coach Dubai is considered to be ideal for junior players as apart from the strokes, they are taught about the mental ability to win and lose as well. Every player loses, even the people whom you consider to be legends lose in some or the other match every week in different tournaments as there can only be one winner and that one winner can never be a one single person every time. Dealing with losses in a matured way is one step ahead towards winning. If you get frustrated with a loss, you will be mentally upset as well and that will hamper your next matches so instead of getting frustrated and feeling bad about the recent loss, learn from the match. Sit and watch the video if possible of your match to identify what went wrong,

The number of sets in a week mentioned above is the perfect way to do everything. Sitting and talking with the coaches about your strokes, your matches, your positive and negative points etc. 8-10 sets a week is ideal to practise particular strokes you think you are bad at. Serves, backhand and forehand cross courts etc are some of them which could be improved in these sessions

Client Success Story

my coach is Chetun, I’ve been taking his class, both group one and individual one, both are great!!! He’s experienced coach, knows how to teach, especially for entry -intermediate level players. They also provide good racket (better if they replace some old strings). Very prime location and relatively good price for this quality.

Outstanding practice with coach Jino Thomas. He is a tough sparring partner for skilled players that wish to keep up with their game during dubai breaks. But also intermediate/beginners can advance their quality with Jino's precious tips! Thank you Cap Sports Academy team!
